雞胚提取物

雞胚提取物是從生長9-12天的雞胚中提取的，用于組織培養(yǎng)中的生長因子補充成分。
它是一種優(yōu)質(zhì)蛋白質(zhì)，蛋白質(zhì)含量高，氨基酸模式與人體的氨基酸模式一致，具有豐富的礦物元素和維生素，具有很高的營養(yǎng)價值。它的K、Fe、Se礦物元素和維生素得A、D、B2等含量也很高。這使得它不但具有補充這些營養(yǎng)素的作用，而且，還可能有一些保健功能。已有實驗證明，雞胚提取物能有效地改善小鼠的硒營養(yǎng)不良狀態(tài)，提高低硒小鼠的GPX活性，清除過氧化物產(chǎn)物MDA。有文獻提出它還具有調(diào)節(jié)血脂的功能。
該產(chǎn)品制備經(jīng)無菌過濾（0.2μm），以10毫升凍干小瓶的形式提供。請注意，凍干產(chǎn)品無法保證無菌，重構(gòu)后應(yīng)通過無菌一次性過濾器重新過濾。

The product is prepared in conformance with cGMP.

The proprietary process utilises 9-12 day eggs collected from registered flocks and found to be free from clinical signs of notifiable diseases.

It is processed as a 50% w/v extract in Dulbecco's Phosphate Buffered Saline. 100IU/ml Penicillin，100μg/ml Streptomycin and 2.5μg/ml Amphotericin are added as an additional safeguard.

Statistical samples representative of the batch are tested in agreement with cGLP to validate the product as being consistent with the designed quality standards of reliability and stability.
Typically used at a concentration of 0.1% to 2% in cell culture.
