In vitro, ENA-78(8-78) and ENA-78 (9-78) show a threefold higher chemotactic activity for neutrophil granulocytes. is a secreted protein and exercises the functions primarily through interactions with CXCR2. | 溶解方法 | Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles. |
